One-Step Protocol

This course will show you and guide you in discovering and applying a simple and standardized protocol for the realization of a digital and/or analog complete denture in a single clinical step.Unpredictable and fraught with problems? You will be shown the diagnostic criteria necessary to diagnose prosthetic failure and the competence of “problem solving” in complete dentures with simple examples. You will be guided in the prevention of the most common clinical/technical errors.

What are the objectives of the course?

  1. A protocol that describes how and when to manage the reworking of pre-existing dentures in a single clinical step.
  2. An “all-in-one” protocol that describes how to start from an edentulous oral cavity and, through a workflow, allows the collection of first impression, second impression, maxillomandibular relationship, and aesthetic try-in in a single clinical moment.
  3. A protocol articulated into two clinical sessions, starting from an analog or digital first impression.
  4. A protocol that allows the completion of the entire clinical phase for the realization of the complete denture in 30 minutes.

Day 1 · 26 February 2026

  • Introduction to rehabilitation of the fragile patient
  • Clinical phase on the patient (live demonstration)
  • Simplified complete denture theory

from 09:30 to 18:30

Day 2 · 27 February 2026

  • Simplified complete denture theory (continuation)
  • Participants’ hands-on session on models-impressions-CAD
  • Involves editing the prosthetic project using the free demo software (CAD)
  • Delivery of analog and digital dentures (realized on the patient)
